Manufacturer's Directions
For a creamy instant shake, stir 1.5 level scoops (1/2 serving) into approximately 6 ounces of cold water or low fat milk, or 3 level scoops (1 full serving) into approximately 12 ounces of cold water or low fat milk. Or for a thick 'n creamy shake, crush ice in a blender and follow same directions above. If you desire, you may also add other items such as strawberries, etc. and blend.
